Prohibitions
You are granted a limited license to access and use SniffyNose. However, certain actions are prohibited, including but not limited to:
- Reproducing, modifying, or distributing any content from the App for commercial use.
- Violating the copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights of SniffyNose.
- Decompiling or reverse engineering any software accessible through the App.
- Using the App for illegal activities or impairing its operation.
- Employing any data mining or extraction methods without authorization.
- Posting unsolicited promotional content.
- Holding SniffyNose liable for any damage to your device caused by downloaded content from the App.
Eligibility
You must be legally eligible to enter into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use SniffyNose. Minors or individuals deemed incompetent to contract are not eligible.
Product Information, Pricing, and Promotional Discounts
While we strive for accuracy, there may be errors in product information or pricing. We reserve the right to correct such errors and modify prices as needed. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Taxes
You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your purchases from SniffyNose.
Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
We strive for accuracy but may occasionally have inaccuracies on our platform. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.
Contract for Sale of Goods
By placing an order on SniffyNose, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined. Payment must be made at the time of ordering, and no contract is formed until we accept your order.
Intellectual Property
All content on SniffyNose is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our consent.

SniffyNose may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or services offered on these external sites.

Account Information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2-3 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- SniffyNose does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2-3 days of receipt of the products
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2-3 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the SniffyNose, it’ll take 3-4 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Frauds
We reserve the right to take legal action against individuals engaging in fraudulent activities on our platform.
Redeem Vouchers and Promotional Codes
Promotional offers are subject to terms set by SniffyNose.
Disclaimer
You use SniffyNose at your own risk, and we do not warrant its use.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify SniffyNose from any claims arising out of your breach of these terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes will be resolved in courts in New Delhi.
Grievance Redressal
For any complaints or concerns, please contact our designated Grievance Officer.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to SniffyNose without prior notice.
Entire Agreement
